A: Current Year, Last year docs and Reports from Accounts production can be emailed / uploaded on our FTP. Accounts are finalized on our software, we give you the backup to restore, W/P File in excel is emailed from here.
Q: Will a transition to outsourcing to "Zenith"?
A: We at "Zenith" will make the transition as smooth as possible and implement proven, reliable and accurate outsourcing practices, all of which will have a positive impact on your business operations.
Q: Will "Zenith" meet my deadlines?
A: Draft accounts along with notes and basis of our assumptions shall be send to you within 7 working days of receipt of full information.
Q: How do I communicate with my offshore accountant?
A: We prefer using email; you will always be able to contact us in the agreed working hours even on our respective direct numbers.
Q: How will you resolve any queries? Will you talk to our client directly?
A: “Zenith” has developed in-house workflow software which helps track of all queries raised, files finished and replies received in chronological order. We do not engage with your clients.
Q: How safe is your document transfer system?
A: All files are uploaded on our FTP with secure User id and password.
Q: What form of contract is required?
A: We use a simple contract that describes our services. Extensions and Cancellations of contract are allowed within the mutually agreed notice periods.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: As each business is different we do not quote general fees. All rates are however always agreed in advance.
Q: How secure is my data?
A: Our employees do not have access to removable media or email and our bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Q: Can we maintain our quality standards if we outsource?
A: Quality Assurance is integral to all of our processes and procedures. Our managers ensure all work is correctly undertaken.
Q: Would I need technical staff?
A: No, All that is required is for a person to scan the documents and send the file to us. We will process the information and send it back to you.
